**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- Responsible for assessing patients in a clinic setting and developing a plan of care in collaboration with the physician to relieve, reduce, or manage pain and to help patients return to everyday activities.
- Mon - Thurs 8a-3p
- No call, no weekends
- Excellent support staff and provider team

- May also treat patients at Fayetteville clinic as needed.

**Requirements**
- Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Must hold a current, unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Arkansas
- Must hold valid DEA number and DPS Registration
- Minimum 1 year of pain management practice experience preferred
- ACLS and BLS Certification Required
