**Primary Care APP opening - Greenville, Rolling Fork, MS**

**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- This position is responsible for assessing patients in a clinic setting and developing a plan of care in collaboration with the physician to help patients return to everyday activities.
- Clinic hours are Mon - Thurs 8a-5p, Fri 8a-12p
- No call, no weekends

**Requirements**
- Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Must hold a current, unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Arkansas
- Must hold valid DEA number and DPS Registration
- Minimum 1 year of family practice experience preferred
- ACLS and BLS Certification Required
