**Position Details:**
- Full-time, permanent
- Seeking a board certified/eligible palliative medicine physician to join a growing interdisciplinary team and contribute to our clinical, educational and quality improvement missions.
- The team provides inpatient consultation services within the 335-bed academic medical center affiliated with the University of Massachusetts Chan School of Medicine. Outpatient services are provided in multiple specialty clinics. An ACGME-accredited hospice and palliative medicine fellowship starts in July, 2024.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate passions for inpatient palliative care, medical education as a core fellowship faculty member and mentor for residents and medical students, and quality improvement. - Conveniently located in Burlington, MA, approximately 15 miles northwest of Boston and a short drive to the lakes, mountains, and shores of New England. - Candidates must have completed hospice and palliative medicine fellowship training by hire date or demonstrate other comparable experience.
