- Located on Hospital campus
- 25-bed critical access not-for-profit hospital.
- The office is open Monday through Friday and sees patients 14 years of age and above for primary care services
- Join a staff of two full-time nurse practitioners, along with experienced LPNs and front office staff.
- Candidates with a strong desire to become part of the community fabric and participate in the improvement of overall health and well-being of the region are encouraged to apply.
