Hospitalist opening in Idaho
- Located in Coeur D'Alene, ID - Spokane 30m
- Full-time/Part-time
- Employed; Permanent position
- Seeking BC/BE
- 161 shifts per year
- 7 on/7 off
- Targeted daily census per hospitalist rounding team is 15 patients
- Three triage/admit teams per day
- Dedicated nocturnists
- Extra shifts available for those interested
- Formal mentorship program to help new providers succeed
- Medical education opportunities teaching medical students and residents
- 24/7 intensivist coverage in addition to full medical and surgical specialty backup; closed ICU
- 331 licensed beds with over 14,500 annual admissions
Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive compensation and retention package with salary plus potential incentives for productivity and quality, and a night shift differential
- Robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, CME, sizeable employer retirement contribution, and malpractice (with tail)
