Seeking BC Breast Surgeon to join team in Easton, Maryland

Overview:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients seeking breast reconstruction, including those undergoing mastectomy for breast cancer or prophylactic procedures.
- Develop customized treatment plans that address the individual needs and goals of each patient, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Perform a wide range of breast reconstruction surgeries, including flap techniques (e.g., DIEP, TRAM, LATISSIMUS), implant-based reconstructions, and revision surgeries.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including oncologists and breast surgeons, to ensure comprehensive care from diagnosis through recovery.
- Engage in patient education initiatives, offering support and information to help patients make informed decisions about their care.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department through research, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
