**Part-time Outpatient Family Medicine Opening in VT**

The ideal candidate should have a current Vermont Medical license (or ability to obtain), a current Vermont DEA (or ability to obtain), and insurability.
Our client is recognized by NCQA as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home and is a certified Rural Health Center. New physicians joining the practice will be supported by additional MDs, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Care Coordinators, and specialists.
