are seeking Full time Nurse Practitioners for a Home health primary care
opportunity in Philadelphia, PA. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8a-5p; no nights and no
weekends.
What
We Offer:
- Competitive Salary (Ranges from $110,000 - $165,000 based on experience and location) with quarterly bonus based on quality metrics
- 6 weeks of PTO, inclusive of vacation, sick time, major holidays, and continuing medical education (CME)

Required
Qualifications:
- National certification in at least one of the following specialties: Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, Gerontological Nurse Practitioner
- Active, non-probationary state Nurse Practitioner License
- 1+ year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- 1+ year of home health experience as RN or APN
- Active DEA license
Role
Summary:
- Provision of exceptional primary care in the home
- Visit 4-6 patients in their home each day
