We are seeking a dedicated Locums Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Colebrook, NH. This remote position requires experience in outpatient primary care and the ability to work autonomously. In this role, you will provide primary care to a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric, with a significant focus on elderly patients with multiple comorbidities. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. You will have 36 patient care hours and 4 hours of administrative time built into the schedule. The position involves seeing 16 or more patients per day, with a concentration on chronic disease management. The EMR system used is Meditech Expanse with Dragon dictation, and you will be supported by an RN Team Leader and a designated Medical Assistant.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Master's degree
- Special examinations/certificates: Board Certified
- Years of work experience: 2 years
