Management is responsible for overseeing and managing the risk management
activities within the organization. This position entails broad
responsibilities within the department and requires direct supervision and
accountability. The Assistant Director will work under the guidance of a
Director or a more senior leader and may also be in a career development mode,
progressing to a more responsible position over time.
Requirements:

BA/BS
degree is typically required but may be offset with significant experience in
the profession.

minimum of four (4) years of experience in risk management or a related field,
depending on the complexity and decision-making requirements. Experience may
vary based on specific job duties and responsibilities.
