Locums Gastroenterology Physician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Locums Gastroenterology Physician to join our team in Brunswick, ME. This position offers a combination of outpatient and hospital-based practice, providing comprehensive care to our patients. The physician will be responsible for delivering high-quality gastroenterology care, performing a variety of procedures and treatments, and maintaining accurate documentation using the Epic EMR system.  The position requires participation in a rotating on-call schedule, covering every third day, and providing weekend coverage as part of a 1:4 rotation. The work schedule includes four days of patient care each week and one day allocated for administrative duties.

Requirements:

·         Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

·         Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

·         Board Certification in Gastroenterology

·         Active Maine medical license

·         Strong experience in both outpatient and hospital-based gastroenterology

·         Familiarity with the Epic EMR system
