Post-Acute Nurse Practitioner - Long-term Care Hospital
HNI Healthcare is currently seeking a nurse practitioner to join the North Florida Post-Acute Team, servicing PAM Health Specialty Hospital in Jacksonville. Practicing and new graduate NP’s to be considered for this full-time position rounding at this long-term acute care and outpatient rehabilitation center.
This opportunity features:
- Monday – Friday & every other weekend coverage
- Flexible schedule – 8 am – 5 pm
- Provider driven schedule allows for exceptional quality of life practice
- Average 15-20 daily patient encounters
- No procedures
- WRVU based incentive model enables high income potential
- Collaborative care approach between Physicians and APPs
- Good subspecialty support
