Job Summary:
ICC (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking an experienced acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join HCA Florida Osceola Hospital in Kissimmee, Florida to support their Nocturnist Intensivist program.Qualified Candidates:
- Must be ACNP trained or PA; this position cannot accept any other NP specialties
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in CV and Acute Care (preferably ICU)
- Must be able to do procedures without MD supervision and have an established procedure log to apply for this position
- 15 shifts per month in 3-5 day blocks
- Nocturnist opening with 12-hour shifts - 7pm to 7am
- APPs perform their own procedures including arterial lines, central lines, intubations and vent management
- APP ICU coverage at night, with intensivist on call via phone, easily available to provide support on site
- 20 ICU beds (CV and CV surgery ICU)
