Outdoor adventure awaits a talented CRNA seeking a new perm opportunity in the Wyoming Bighorn Mountains! Mostly bread and butter with some OB cases. This position is CRNA only and will involve lines and regionals. With a schedule of 2 weeks on and 1 week off you will have plenty of time to enjoy the area and have a good quality of life. Plus, you will receive a $50K bonus, highly competitive compensation, and excellent benefits. This is a low-cost-of-living area with NO state income tax. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts who love hiking, fishing, hunting, and horseback riding! Short drive to Yellowstone National Park.
