Job Description

Watertown Regional Medical Center, located in Watertown, WI, is recruiting a BC/BE robotically-trained Urologist to join their hospital-employed practice in 2026 when the current physician retires.

    1. Take over the established practice of a retiring physician who has been in the area for 25 years
    2. Busy, thriving hospital-employed practice
    3. 3-4 clinic days with OR block time
    4. Access to DaVinci robot
    5. 10 days of call/month
    6. Seasoned clinic and hospital staff
    7. Hospitalist program managed by Apogee
    8. Generous base salary + production incentives
    9. Sign-on, relocation package, student loan assistance, residency stipends for early commitment

Watertown, Wisconsin:

    1. Centrally located 40 miles from downtown Madison and Milwaukee, offering an easy interstate commute
