Locums Radiology-Diagnostic/Interventional Physician
We are seeking a skilled Locums
Radiology-Diagnostic/Interventional Physician to join our team in Kissimmee,
FL. This position involves working in an inpatient setting, providing both
diagnostic and interventional radiology services. The position requires coverage from Monday to
Friday, with shifts from either 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Call
coverage and weekend shifts are also required as part of the schedule. A
minimum of 5 shifts per month is expected for this role. This role is based in a 404-bed inpatient
facility, providing comprehensive radiology services to patients. The facility handles a high volume of
radiology cases, with approximately 12,000 diagnostic cases and 100
interventional radiology cases per month.
As a Locums
Radiology-Diagnostic/Interventional Physician will be responsible for
performing a variety of procedures, including venous access, DVT (Deep Vein
Thrombosis) and PE (Pulmonary Embolism) interventions, dialysis access
management, interventional oncology (including multimodality ablation), and
urologic procedures. The physician will also perform basic image-guided
procedures, such as biopsies and drainages.
Requirements:

Certified in Radiology
- Current
DEA registration
- Active
Florida medical license
