Supervisor, Case Management
We are
seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor of Case Management to join our
Behavioral Health Department in Sierra Vista, AZ. The Supervisor will oversee
the development and clinical supervision of case managers and behavioral health
technicians while ensuring compliance with Arizona Health Care Cost Containment
System (AHCCCS) regulations and internal policies. This role is essential in
providing guidance and clinical oversight to ensure the effective delivery of
behavioral health services and accurate AHCCCS billing practices.
Compensation: $40.27
Requirements:
- Master’s
Degree in a behavioral health field.
- Independently
licensed with the State of Arizona Behavioral Health Board of Examiners
(LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
- A minimum of
one year of experience providing supervisory services in a behavioral
health setting.
- Strong
administrative or executive leadership experience is highly preferred.
- Full
understanding of the case management role and requirements as outlined in
the AZ AHCCCS Manual.
