General Surgery - Trauma - Per Diem

We are seeking a Board-Certified General Surgeon to join our established surgicalist team on a per diem basis in Pontiac, MI. This position is ideal for a surgeon who values work/life balance and prefers to work within a physician-led group.  The surgeon will provide high-quality surgical care within a well-established trauma and acute care program. Responsibilities include collaborating with residents, medical students, and a full-time PA/NP support team. The position requires participation in 1-3 shifts per month, with an even split between day and night shifts. Strong communication skills are essential, along with maintaining high patient satisfaction scores. The role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that emphasizes clinical excellence.

Requirements:

• Board Certification in General Surgery.
