Locums Gastroenterology Physician

We are seeking a skilled Locums Gastroenterology Physician to join our team in Burlington, VT. This temporary position involves performing screening colonoscopies and some upper endoscopies in a busy practice setting.  The position offers a schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The physician will handle an average patient load of approximately 60 patients per day. Key procedures required for this role include colonoscopy and upper endoscopy.  In this role, you will conduct screening colonoscopies and upper endoscopies, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety throughout each procedure. You will manage patient flow, perform necessary follow-up care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional gastroenterological care.

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is preferred but not required.
