- Certified NP/PA
- Will see all ages
- Schedule: 40 hours Monday-Friday 8-5 (will consider 4 10hr shifts)
- No Call, no weekends
- 100% outpatient
- 16-18 PPD
- 4 locations to choose from in Iroquois county of IL
- EMR used is Athena
