CRNA Job In Greenville, South Carolina
Locums Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
We are
seeking a skilled Locums Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join
a hospital-based team in Greenville, SC. This role involves providing
anesthesia care during general surgical procedures, focusing heavily on
gastroenterology (GI) cases. The position offers 8-hour shifts with no weekend
or on-call requirements. The CRNA will manage ventilation, monitor patient
vital signs during surgery, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure
patient safety and comfort. Documentation of care will be done using the EPIC
electronic medical record system.
On
average, the CRNA will handle around 4 pain management cases per day, with the
potential for more depending on GI case volume. Required procedures include
general surgical cases for adult patients and ventilation management. This
position does not involve heart, head, or obstetric cases.
Requirements:
- Certified by the American
Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular
Life Support).
- BLS (Basic Life Support).
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life
Support).
- Active South Carolina CRNA
license
