- BC/BE Family Medicine
- Clinic open Monday Friday - Flexible schedules (as long as working at least 30hrs a week)
- No Call
- Must be Illinois licensed, DEA in hand
- 100% outpatient
- Will see all ages
- Seeking candidates Fluent Spanish
- Start asap for 3-6 months, open to locums to perm
