Join TeamHealth and our growing team in Lanett, Alabama as part of our post-acute care team. This opportunity is perfect for a part-time internal medicine (IM), family medicine (FM) or geriatric trained nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to provide primary care to patients at skilled nursing facilities with a targeted rounding of 3 days.

TeamHealth currently offers post-acute services to 35+ facilities in the state of Alabama.
We ask that you have an active Alabama license/DEA. Previous post-acute experience is preferred, but not required.
