We are
seeking a Board Certified Hand Surgery Physician for a locum tenens position in
Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role involves providing expert surgical care
with a specialization in hand surgery within a well-equipped hospital setting.
In this
position, you will work 24-hour shifts and be available for weekend and on-call
coverage. You will primarily handle adult and geriatric patients, ensuring
comprehensive care in a hospital with 300 beds. The patient load is relatively
light, with an expected 1 admission per shift. Your responsibilities will
include managing both emergency and scheduled hand surgery cases, responding to
patient needs, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver
high-quality surgical care.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Hand Surgery
- DEA certification
- Active Colorado license
