We are seeking a dedicated Specialist, Pharmacy Reconciliation to join our team in Douglas, Arizona. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the establishment and maintenance of third-party contracts, credentialing of in-house pharmacies, and the reconciliation of third-party billing. Additionally, you may be asked to perform Pharmacy Technician duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining third-party contracts while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Credentialing in-house pharmacies is essential to guarantee that all operations meet required standards. Furthermore, you will reconcile third-party billing to ensure accuracy and timely payments. Occasionally, you may also perform Pharmacy Technician duties as needed.
Compensation: $19.17 Per Hour
Requirements:
- Associate degree in business administration or a related field, or two years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, Credentialing, or in Healthcare Billing
- Arizona Board of Pharmacy License as a Certified Technician or Technician in Training required within three months of the hire date
- Valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance may be required if requesting mileage reimbursement
- Two years of experience with the 340B drug program is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Knowledge of Liberty and InMar software systems is preferred
