Locums Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a Locums Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient clinic in Chino Valley, AZ. This position offers a balanced schedule with no weekend or on-call requirements. The shift schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The clinic primarily serves a high geriatric population, with no pediatric patients.

The physician will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care to adult and elderly patients, managing chronic conditions, conducting routine health check-ups, and performing occasional minor procedures. These procedures may include toenail removals, lesion removals, Pap smears, and joint injections.  The clinic utilizes Cerner for its electronic medical records (EMR) system.

Requirements:

·         Arizona medical license

·         Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine

·         DEA license

·         BLS certification
