Education/Licensing Requirements:
- Graduation from accredited APRN or PA program.
- Valid and unrestricted Connecticut license.
- Valid DEA registration and Controlled Substance Certificate.
- Minimum of 1 year experience required in surgery or completion of surgical residency program.
