Job Summary:
HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services at Mission Health in Asheville, North Carolina seeks an Experienced CRNA to join our leadership team as Facility Chief - Advanced Practice Provider (APP).Highlights of Opportunity/Qualified Candidates:
- Reports directly to the Facility, Division or National Chief APP as indicated, through the service line Chief Medical Officer (CMO) or his/her delegates and serves as liasion between the HCA Anesthesia service line and facility APPs and Anesthesiologists.
- Participates in recruitment activities to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained
- Assists with the planning and implementation of service line expansion
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively, skilled with critical and strategic interactions with individuals at all levels in the organization
- Participates in various leadership meetings, facilitates APP team meetings and attends facility department meetings as designated
- Participates in clinical care as needed to support critical functions with other members of the anesthesia team
- Actively role models and supports a culture based on professionalism, respect, collaboration and integrity
- Previous leadership experience of 5 or more years highly desirable
- Staffing model of 35 Anesthesiologists and 101 CRNA covering approximately 50,000 cases annually.
- Diverse mix of cases including General, Trauma, Cardiac, Peds, OB, Ortho, Spines and a large EP program, state-of-the-art equipment and technology including robotics
- Work with a highly productive, well-run team of individuals who make it a priority to ensure a collaborative environment
