Position Overview: A well-established Family Medicine practice in Kalamazoo, MI, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Practitioner to join their team. This outpatient-only, hospital-employed position offers a flexible schedule and a supportive environment with a collaborative approach to patient care.
Position Highlights:
Provide full-spectrum family practice care with no OB or inpatient responsibilities.
Work alongside three experienced physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
Minimal call required, with support from an Ambulatory Care Manager, clinical pharmacy, social worker, and nurse triage.
Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.
Opportunities to participate in committees and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Current and unrestricted medical license as an MD/DO in the state.
DEA licensure required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to providing compassionate and quality patient-centered care.
