We are seeking a skilled Locums Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician to provide 24-hour on-call coverage in Lincoln, Nebraska. This role involves covering weekend shifts and being available for all duties associated with cardiothoracic surgery, including surgical procedures, patient rounding, and consultations.
The physician will be required to perform all cardiothoracic surgical procedures and manage both preoperative and postoperative care for patients. The ideal candidate must be proficient in managing the full spectrum of CT surgery responsibilities.
Documentation will be handled through the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system. To qualify for this position, candidates must have current certifications in BLS, be Board Certified or Board Eligible, and hold a valid DEA. NRP certification is also required, along with an active Nebraska medical license.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting, contributing to the care of cardiothoracic surgery patients in a well-established hospital.
