OB/GYN Job In Davenport, Iowa
Locums OBGYN Physician
We are
seeking a dedicated Locums OBGYN Physician to join our team in Davenport, IA.
This position involves providing on-call care in a hospital setting for both obstetrics
and gynecology patients. The hospital has a Level 3 trauma designation, and the
physician will primarily focus on managing OB and GYN emergencies during
on-call shifts.
The call
schedule is provided 1-2 months in advance, with a call ratio of 1:5. The shift
consists of 24-hour call coverage, which can be split between 12 hours on-site
and 12 hours from a hotel if the patient census supports it. The role does not
involve scheduled outpatient clinic visits, as the work will focus solely on
handling on-call emergencies.
Requirements:

Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology
·
NRP certification.
·
Licensed in Iowa or hold an IMLC-approved license.
