We
are seeking Board-Certified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with 1
or more years of hospitalist experience to join our dedicated team just south
of Boston.
About
the Role:
- Our hospital features a closed ICU, staffed by intensivists 24/7, ensuring comprehensive critical care support.
- Your responsibilities will include rounds, admissions, discharges, and participation in multidisciplinary rounds.
- We practice geographic rounding when feasible to provide efficient and localized patient care.
- As part of the hospitalist team, you will play an essential role in the rapid response and code team until the intensivist team takes over.
- All members are certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.
Day
and Night opportunities available:
searching for full-time, part-time, and PRN commitments. If Full time, your
schedule will be 7 days on and 7 days off. Daytime schedule: 7 am to 7
pm, Nighttime schedule: 7pm to 7am.

Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- 1+ years of hospitalist experience
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
- Comfortable with managing admissions, discharges, and rounding
- Experience with rapid response and code teams is a plus
