Locums Hospitalist Medicine Physician
We are currently recruiting for a Locum Tenens Hospitalist Physician to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role involves working 12-hour shifts with a rotating call schedule, with providers expected to work 7 consecutive shifts, preferably 2 weeks per month. Candidates must be Board Certified in either Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM), and hold an active Texas state medical license and DEA certification.
As a Hospitalist Physician, your responsibilities will include delivering comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients. This entails performing admissions, conducting evaluations, devising treatment plans, and managing patient care on a daily basis. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure coordinated and patient-centered care delivery. It's essential to monitor patient progress, interpret diagnostic tests, and adjust treatment protocols as needed to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM).
- Active Texas state medical license and DEA certification in good standing.
- Texas Licensed
