Supervisor, Integrated Behavioral Health (LCSW)
We are seeking a dedicated
and experienced Supervisor for Integrated Behavioral Health (LCSW) to oversee
and supervise our integrated behavioral health program and providers in Sierra
Vista, AZ. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the delivery of
high-quality behavioral health services.

Key
Responsibilities:

Oversee and supervise the integrated behavioral
health program, ensuring compliance with established protocols and standards.
·
Provide leadership to a team of behavioral
health providers.
·
Supervise and support behavioral health
providers in delivering comprehensive services.
·
Conduct regular clinical supervision sessions to
enhance the skills and effectiveness of the team.
·
Implement and monitor quality assurance measures
to maintain excellence in behavioral health services.
·
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
and departments to ensure integrated care for patients.
Education
and Experience:
·
Master's degree in social work, Clinical
Psychology, or a related program.
·
Licensed in the State of Arizona as a Clinical
Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist.
·
Board Certification in the area specific to the
position being filled.
·
Two years of experience providing services in a
medical setting using the integrated behavioral health model.
·
Driver's License and Proof of Insurance may be
required if requesting mileage reimbursement.
·
Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
