OBGYN Director - Physician
We are
seeking an experienced and dedicated Obstetrics and Gynecology Director to join our healthcare team
in Casa Grande, AZ. The OBGYN Director will play a key leadership role,
overseeing and coordinating the Obstetrics and Gynecology department to ensure
the delivery of high-quality women's health services. The OBGYN Director
position requires the same responsibilities as the physician role, including a
call schedule, deliveries, and surgeries, in addition to overseeing the Ob/Gyn
Depts. This is not solely an administrative position.

Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and
oversight to the OBGYN department.
- Ensure the delivery of comprehensive
and compassionate women's health services.
- Implement and monitor quality
improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.
- Collaborate with the medical staff
to maintain and improve clinical standards.
- Supervise and support OBGYN
physicians and clinical staff.
- Contribute to the development and
expansion of OBGYN programs and services.
- Advocate for patient-centered care,
ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for women's health services.
- Provide education and training to
OBGYN staff on best practices, new technologies, and clinical protocols.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of
Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in Obstetrics
and Gynecology.
- Active and unrestricted medical
license in the state of Arizona.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience
as a practicing OBGYN with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong leadership and management
skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
- Experience in handling a call
schedule, deliveries, and surgeries.
