- Nocturnist 7-on and 7-off block schedule from 7 pm to 7 am
- Swing APP assists till 12 midnight
- Open ICU with intensivist support
- No procedures
- Open to IM or FM physicians

- Live in a Texas community with 160k population an hour from Austin and 150 miles to Dallas-Ft Worth
