Seeking Breast Reconstruction Plastic Surgeon to join the largest integrated healthcare delivery system in Northwest Indiana. There are more than 7,500 employees and 1,200 physicians and allied health professionals on staff at our Northwest Indiana medical facilities.
- Full-time, Permanent
- Inpatient
- Fellowship trained in Breast Reconstruction
- EPIC EMR

- Nurse practitioner support in both inpatient and outpatient settings
