• W-2 position; must be comfortable with the fast pace of outpatient facilities
• Being licensed in Arizona is preferred for a quick start in this employed position
• Monday through Friday schedule; 6 weeks of vacation/holiday time; flex schedule may be available
• ASC procedures (mostly GI); negotiable relocation assistance
• Must be board certified or board eligible; malpractice coverage provided
