Located in Kankakee, IL - Chicago 60m
Seeking an ENT.
* Work a full-time schedule of at least 40 hours of direct patient care.
* Participate in on-call duties during the week and on weekends (depending on specialty).

**Responsibilities**
* Collect, record, and maintain patient information, including: Medical histories, Reports, and Examination results
* Manage and treat patients within scope of practice.
* Analyze records, reports, test results, and examination information to diagnose medical conditions.
* Interpret test data or images to inform diagnosis or treatment.
* Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients.
* Monitor patient conditions and progress, reevaluating treatments as necessary.
* Provide reliable, high-value, and evidence-based medicine supported by education and research.
* Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to track patient visits and information related to physician/patient encounters.
* Perform Evaluation and Management (E/M) coding for physicians.
**Qualifications**
* MD or DO Degree
* Valid Illinois Medical License (or ability to obtain IL Medical License)
* Valid Illinois Controlled Substances License (or ability to obtain IL License)
* Board eligible or Board Certified
