- Demonstrates understanding of regulatory requirements related to performance improvement.
- Demonstrates knowledge of quality improvement models and knowledge of data analytical tools.
- Supports organizational development of an integrated organizational PI Plan.
- Supports departmental managers to translate the PI Plan to departmental PI activities.
- Supervises organizational data collection for quality monitoring.
- Systematically aggregates and analyzes collected data collaboratively throughout the organization.
- Trends analyzed data.
- Drives performance improvement activities as indicated by identified trends.
- Identifies an ongoing, proactive program for identifying and reducing unanticipated adverse events and safety risks to patients.
- Facilitates documentation of organizational performance improvement activities.
