Hospital employed practice. Physician schedule is flexible - 4-day work week available. Dedicated OR block time between 10 ORs. Opportunity to teach medical students if desired. Stand alone, financially stable, not-for-profit health system. Competitive salary. Fair production with additional incentive bonus structures. Generous sign-on / relocation bonus. 8 weeks PTO (6 vacation, 2 CME). Annual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues. 5-7% retirement match + 457b program.
