Job Summary:

1. All standard duties as outlined in the “Physician Assistant” or "Nurse Practitioner" job description
2. Lead and facilitate monthly APP meetings (in collaboration with the practice manager)
3. Training of new APPs
4. Lunch education/continuing education for ongoing education of clinic APPs
5. Creation of clinic APPs schedule to ensure physician requirements are met
6. Recruitment/interviewing new APPs for the clinic
7. Training related to EMR coding/auditing
8. Read, understand and adhere to all HCA Physician Services Policies and Procedures.
9. Practice and adhere to the Code of Conduct and Mission and Values Statements.

13. 5+ years of Cardiology experience required

• Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Training Program

• Possession of a Utah Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License
• Possession of an active national certification
