* Located in ***Richmond, IN*** - just 30 minutes from Dayton & 1 hour from both Indianapolis & Cincinnati
* Full-time, permanent opening
* Hospital-employed position
* Joining a team of 20 full-time & 5 PRN providers
* Approximately 70 staff members within the service line
* Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm with walk-in clinic
* No call requirements
* Competitive base salary
* Qualifying site for Public Student Loan Forgivness (PSLF)
* Excellent Benefits package
* Medical malpractice and tail coverage provided
* 403b with company match
* Health/Medical/Dental/Vision

Education/Experience:
* Board Eligible or Board Certified Required: Sport Medicine Fellowship required
