TGH is also home to the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine, as well as an anesthesiology residency training program accredited for 12 residents per class. - 15 shifts/month-in blocks; typical is one week of day shifts (7a-7p), then a week off
- CCM service has USF residents and fellows that rotate; teaching commitment is essentially clinical time with very few, if any, required classroom lectures
