Emergency Medicine Physician Opening - 30 Minutes from Lafayette, LA

Iberia Medical Center is a not-for-profit, award-winning hospital dedicated to enhancing its community's health and quality of life. Originally founded through the efforts of the local Lions Club, the hospital became a reality with the formation of Hospital Service District No. 1 in 1951. In partnership with the Iberia Parish Police Jury, the Iberia Parish Hospital officially opened its doors on September 13, 1960. 

Today, Iberia Medical Center offers over 30 medical specialties, supported by a team of more than 140 physicians. With the addition of its North Campus, services at the Lewis Street location include the Women’s Diagnostic Center, a 14-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit, an?Advanced Wound Center, an?outpatient Rehab Center, a?Hepatology Clinic, and both inpatient and outpatient Behavioral Health Services. 

In addition, Iberia Medical Center extends its care through the Jeanerette Rural Health Clinic, Cancer Center of Acadiana-New Iberia Clinic, Sleep Center, and the IMC Physician Network.
