Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner
We
are seeking a full-time Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team in
Mesa, AZ. The AGNP will provide comprehensive care for adult and geriatric
patients, managing chronic and acute conditions. The ideal candidate will
possess strong clinical skills, cultural competency, and a commitment to

Requirements:
- Graduate
from an approved Nurse Practitioner school.

Nurse
Practitioner certificate issued by the Arizona Board of Nursing.

Valid
Arizona Registered Nurse license.

Valid
Arizona Advanced Practice license.

Valid
DEA certificate.
-
Current
Basic Life Support certification.

Certification
in CPR and AED through American Heart Association or Red Cross guidelines.

Valid
Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public
Safety (for behavioral health locations).

Valid
Arizona driver’s license.

Experience
treating adults with chronic and acute conditions.

interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients,
