Summary:
The Analytics Developer II will be adept at transforming data into information, creating insightful visualizations and reports through collaboration with business subject matter experts, and ensuring their accuracy and reliability through rigorous validation processes. The Analytics Developer II will also be responsible for developing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) workflows to enhance operational efficiency and web applications using low-code platforms to streamline business processes.
Responsibilities:
• Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• BI Report Development: Develop advanced BI Reports and dashboards in BI tools such as Power BI and others, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Data Analysis and Validation: Perform data analysis and validation using SQL and DAX or Excel to ensure the integrity of reports within Power BI and other BI tools.
• Low-Code Web App Development: Design and build web applications using low-code platforms, collaborating with other developers to meet business requirements.
• RPA Workflow Development: Design, implement, and validate RPA workflows to automate repetitive business processes.
• Business Collaboration: Work closely with business subject matter experts to understand business problems, tailor solutions, improve processes, and deliver value.
• Team Collaboration: Engage with our data architecture and engineering team members for data modeling and process automation, ensuring high-quality integration and performance.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth experience in Power BI, including report development, DAX, and data validation. Experience in RPA and low-code web app development is essential.
• SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL programming skills focusing on data integrity and validation.
• Business Acumen: Ability to understand and address challenges through collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Innovative Problem-Solving: Proven ability to solve complex issues with creative and validated solutions.
• Data Visualization: Creating visually appealing and interactive data visualizations using Power BI and other tools to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders effectively.
• Performance Optimization: Optimizing the performance of reports and dashboards in Power BI and other tools by identifying and resolving data loading and query performance issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
• Self-directed Learning and Adaptation: Taking the initiative to continuously learn and explore new technologies, tools, and techniques independently. This includes actively seeking out resources such as online courses, tutorials, and documentation to expand knowledge and skills in response to evolving technology trends. Adapting to changes in the technology landscape by staying curious, experimenting with new tools as approved by leadership, and staying updated on emerging industry practices.
• Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and validation feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- Knowledge cloud BI, data mining, ML, or AI prompt engineering.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Power BI Development, SQL Programming, data validation, and low-code web app development is required.
- Previous healthcare business analysis and validation experience is required.
- Microsoft Certifications are preferred: Data Analyst Associate Power Platform Fundamentals Power Automate RPA Developer Associate
- UiPath Certifications are preferred: Automation Developer Associate Automation Developer Professional Professional Automation Business Analyst Professional Professional Specialized AI Professional
