A professionally managed employed medical group, is seeking a System Hospitalist Director for facilities in both Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.

Director Profile:

* 40% Administrative, 60% Clinical
* Drive, support, and model a service-oriented culture focused on physician & APP engagement, quality, patient safety, service excellence, and fiscal responsibility.
* Provide clinical support for physicians on shift.
* Supervise 6 practice locations with the assistance of Site Directors at hub facilities.
* Shadow and coach, assist with onboarding and mentoring new physicians, recruiting, and strategic planning.
* Build and maintain strong, open, collegial, and supportive relationships with other executives and hospital leaders.
* Develop cross-disciplinary clinical integration to provide a seamless patient experience.
* Support FM and IM residency programs in multiple facilities.
* Support population health management efforts.
* Provide Quality Review and Assurance, including Peer to Peer feedback.
* Place high value on clinician well-being.
