Pediatric Physician
Join

comprehensive care across four Phoenix-area locations: Midtown, Northwest
Phoenix, Guadalupe, and Mesa. We're looking for an experienced, patient-focused
physician who thrives in a community health setting and is committed to
delivering high-quality pediatric care to our diverse patient population.

Requirements:
- Completion
of an accredited medical school and Pediatric Residency.

Must
have a permanent and unrestricted license to practice medicine or osteopathy in
Arizona.

Must
have current board certification in Pediatrics through the American Board of
Pediatrics and must maintain certification throughout employment.

Must
have current DEA.

Experience
and training must have been progressive and responsible, demonstrating good
knowledge of current principles, practices, methods, and techniques in the
field of medicine.

Three
years of experience in an outpatient Pediatric practice or comparable setting
is preferred.

Experience
in a community health center setting is preferred.

Current
BLS certification is required and must be maintained throughout employment

Current
PALS certification is preferred.

Must
possess a valid and unrestricted Arizona driver’s license (within 30 days of
hire if applicant is from out-of-state) with no DUI/DWI or reckless driving
convictions in the last five years. No more than two at-fault accidents in the
last three years. Must maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license during
employment. Must be insurable under our liability auto policy.

Must
pass a criminal background check and obtain a Class I Fingerprint Clearance
Card within the initial ninety (90) calendar days of employment and retain a
valid card while employed.

Must
pass substance abuse testing upon employment and submit to random testing
during employment.

Must
provide an updated immunization (IZ) record at the time of employment.

Must
have a current (within 12 months) Tuberculosis (TB) skin report upon employment
and provide an annual update.
