Hospitalist and Nocturnist Physician Opportunities
We
are seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist and Nocturnist
Physicians to join our growing team just south of Boston. This is an exciting
opportunity for new graduates and experienced physicians alike. H1B sponsorship
available for both cap-exempt and non-exempt candidates.
Day
and Night opportunities available:
searching for full-time, part-time, and PRN commitments. If Full time, your
schedule will be 7 days on and 7 days off. Daytime schedule: 7 am to 7
pm, Nighttime schedule: 7pm to 7am.

About
the Role:
- Our hospital features a closed ICU, staffed by intensivists 24/7, ensuring comprehensive critical care support.
- Your responsibilities will include rounds, admissions, discharges, and participation in multidisciplinary rounds.
- We practice geographic rounding when feasible to provide efficient and localized patient care.
- As part of the hospitalist team, you will play an essential role in the rapid response and code team until the intensivist team takes over.
- All members are certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.
Requirements:
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Ability to manage admissions, discharges, and conduct rounds with a collaborative, patient-focused approach
- Interest in or experience with teaching is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
